We will have ALMA Cycle 6 Town Meeting and Proposal Workshop at Mitaka Campus of National Astronomical Observatory.

Date: 10:30 - 15:30 April 4, 2018
Location: Large Seminar Room at Subaru Building

ALMA Observatory plans to release the ALMA Cycle 6 Call for Proposals (CfP) for scientific observations on 20th March (see pre-announcement https://almascience.nao.ac.jp/news/alma-cycle-6-pre-announcement ).We use Observing Tool (OT) for proposal preparation (parameter setting, estimation of observing time etc.) and submit a ALMA proposal.

In Town Meeting, we, East Asia ALMA Regional Center (EAARC), will explain capability of ALMA Cycle 6 and we will have a opportunity to consult about proposal preparation. And, we will have a Proposal Workshop to introduce technical points and tips on the proposal writing by inviting several speakers.
Town Meeting and Proposal Workshop will broadcast by streamed on internet (URL will be announced later).
