This Winter School is aimed to provide lectures and software tutorials for young astronomers (graduate students and postdocs) interested in millimeter and submillimeter interferometric observations and/or VLBI observations. EA-ARC members provided lectures and tutorials on how to create proposals using the Observing Tool, as well as data analysis using CASA.
